****PLEASE NOTE: This engagement with be a total of six months spread over a year. The initial three months will be full time at 40 hours a week with the first one or two weeks being on site. The rest of the three month engagement will be on an as needed basis with time to be agreed on upon by NCSBE and the contractor in two week sprints. After the initial one or two weeks the contractor will be authorized to work remotely.

The CRM specialist will work with a team of NCSBE Staff to transfer knowledge, create and author plans, policies, procedures, and governance for SOA within the CRM discipline. The CRM specialist will work closely with the discipline architects to create (write) governance artifacts for CRM. They will create rollout plans for new tools, technologies and frameworks within CRM. They will create deployment plans. They will operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the CRM discipline. They will create training and procedures to engage IT administrators to administer and/or configure the tools and technologies within CRM. They will participate in process flow analysis and SOA centric process redesign along with other SOA Discipline Leads, the Governance Specialist, the Technical Writer and Project Manager. Activities include discovering, validating, documenting and communicating the organization’s customer relationships processes and knowledge for the NCSBE IT SOA Initiative.
