TERM OF SERVICE
Services expect to start February 2020 and expected to be completed by Spring 2021. Estimated worker hours shall not exceed 500 hours. This will be a part-time position. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.

The CoP requires the services of a Project Manager (PM) 2 who meets the qualifications outlined in this document. The PM will have 8 or more years of experience and will rely on his or her experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks. Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization is a plus.

The PM will manage the CoP’s project to replace its Planning, Permitting, Inspections and Code Enforcement System. The PM will collaborate with the CoP selected contractor and their PM. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for Planning, Permitting, Inspections and Code Enforcement System for similar applications.

The PM will:
•Adhere to the CoP’s Project Management Office processes and procedures
•Validate contract compliance throughout the project, ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements
•Serve as the primary point to contact for all contract and invoicing questions
•Collaborate on change requests to ensure proper scope and budgetary compliance
•Collaborate with the contractor PM to plan and schedule project timelines
•Adhere to the CoP’s risk and issue tracking and reporting process and take all necessary steps to proactively mitigate
•Communicate with CoP staff and contractor to aid in the understanding current status and health of the project by all stakeholders
•Manage the appropriate assignment and timely completion of tasks as defined in the contract
•Provide guidance to CoP technical teams to ensure appropriate response and collaboration with the contractor to ensure timely response and appropriate resolution
