EGLE is looking to further leverage MS Dynamics to small legacy systems and improve accessibility to the public for EGLE records. This resource will help with the development of a case tracker system (for Environmental Investigation Section), development of a process to track Executive Office and EGLE requests (log letters), and establish a public portal with integration into EGLE’s document management repository. These processes are critical to protecting the health of Michigan residents. The case tracker ensures appropriate tracking and storing of investigation information and the request trackers ensures complaints and other citizen concerns are followed up on in a timely manner. Finally the portal will help with transparency and providing important information to Michigan’s residents
