Oracle Forms/Reports Developer with Apex experience

Skill Required :
Substantial experience as an Oracle Forms and Reports Developer in an Oracle 12c database environment Required 10 Years
Substantial experience developing, modifying, and supporting Oracle Application Express (APEX) applications in an Oracle 12c database environment Required 5 Years
Experience building efficient and well documented Oracle procedures, functions, and packages Required 10 Years
Familiarity with secure coding practices in an Oracle Forms and Oracle Application Express environment. Required 5 Years
8 month assignment expected. If selected, candidate will be required to pick up equipment and perform initial log in IN PERSON. No exceptions.
Local Richmond candidates preferred OR candidate must be close enough to pick up equipment in person and attend on site meetings as requested.
VDACS is looking for an experienced developer to update two existing applications: one Oracle Forms and Reports application, and one Oracle Application Express application (in an Oracle 12c environment).
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS /EXPERIENCE
Required:
-Substantial experience as an Oracle Forms and Reports Developer in an Oracle 12c database environment
-Substantial experience developing, modifying, and supporting Oracle Application Express applications in an Oracle 12c database environment
-Experience building efficient and well documented Oracle procedures, functions, and packages
DAY TO DAY
-Perform application development and support of an existing legacy Oracle Forms and Reports application
-Perform application development and support of an existing legacy Oracle Application Express application
-Perform data updates for Oracle applications as needed
-Work directly with business end-users to gather requirements and coordinate testing of feature changes
