The position will provide analysis, programming, testing, implementation and operational support for the Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management system in use at the North Carolina Department of Revenue.
The employee must use established life cycle development phases and established software development and maintenance standards. The employee will perform all programming duties associated with a particular program or project.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies desired:
•Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Taxation Management (ETM), Oracle Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management (ETPM), or Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management (PSRM)
