In need of a professional resource to assist City of Richmond IT Procurement Services with upgrades/maintenance/new development of Oracle EBS.

-Thorough knowledge of configuration, maintenance, upgrades, functionality use and reporting of System, Administration, iProcurement, Supplier, Contracts and other modules as relates to Procurement management and processing in the Oracle E-Business Suite vers. 12.1 and 12.2.9.
-Thorough practical business knowledge of procurement requirements, functions and best practices particularly in the area of government procurement.
