Onsite Procurement Analyst with contract compliance review, SOW, and state laws/policies experience

This position will be working with the Business Operations team to perform IT contract and statement of work sourcing services as well as contract compliance review services. This contractor will need to have at least one year of experience performing the above duties and will perform the following duties:
• Review IT contracts and statements of work for adherence to State laws and policies
• Finalize requirements and post competitive solicitations for award
• Perform contract compliance duties to ensure contracts are managed in accordance with State laws and policies
