Description:
Making presentations at events and conferences as requested by agencies and organizations across the state to assist in enrollment efforts
Proactively seeking out relationships with agencies across the state such as Emergency Medical Services, Fire Departments, Law Enforcement Agencies, etc. to promote partnership in the Yellow Dot program
Responsible for shipping materials to the public and to enrollment sites when requested
Tracking distribution of materials and enrollment site locations for record keeping
Average 20 hour per week schedule (expected to be 3 days/week on-site)
Up to 50% travel required

Summary:
The Program Monitor is located within the Tennessee Department of Transportation in Nashville and works closely with the office’s staff to conduct evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of the Yellow Dot Program including developing an evaluation plan; creating and managing an online data collection system to track Yellow Dot metrics; create progress and data reports for Yellow Dot as requested and provide other evaluation and data analysis support as requested. The monitor works under general supervision with a significant degree of independence.
