Onsite Hyland OnBase Architect with Automation and CJIS Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
-Working knowledge and management of Hyland OnBase content management, business process automation, and WorkView modules
-Working knowledge of Windows workstation and peripheral device support.
-Working knowledge of Windows Server OS.
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): -Ability to communicate and gather technical requirements from customers. -Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, users, management, vendors, and other officials.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree in information technology systems, computer science, or related field and 5+ experience in Information Technology or related area. Relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: CJIS Certification will be a requirement of employment, this training is based provided by the State of SC after a successful background check is completed.

**CJIS Certification will be a requirement of employment, this training is based provided by the State of SC after a successful background check is completed.**
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
Under limited supervision, the employee advises agency management on the most strategic uses of technology to support agency activities in multiple application environments hosted with the Department of Technology. Employee conducts software upgrades and installs new and enhanced software within the environments. Employee must be able to research and recommend upgrades and enhancements of software. Employee must consult with vendors on software packages and hardware, troubleshoot both customer and Department of Technology application issues. Employee will work with Department of Technology customers to provide software training, and assist OS team with system configurations. Employee must maintain good relations with agency management and officials, vendors and users.
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: -Monitors service desk for help desk tickets pertaining to the Content management group, provide first level support to customer for these issues. Escalate and assign tickets that cannot be handled by first level support -Develop and maintain the Hyland content platform training materials, help perform training. Work with Hyland hosted customers to ensure that they are receiving the information needed to meet their training needs . Work with SCEIS functional team members in planning how training will be delivered. -Daily administration of the OnBase Production, Development, and sandbox landscapes.
