Qualification:
•At least 5 to 7 years of work experience in IDAM or User Access Manager with ITIM and Okta.
•Education qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate (B.E./B.Tech/BSc/)(MSc/MCA) or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
•Performs Security access administration tasks of high complexity;
•Identifies systems security needs or problems, and recommends information systems security solutions;
•Provides technical assistance in resolving routine to moderately systems security problems; may include support of personal computer based applications;
•Drafts scope documents, customer requirements and definitions using standard documentation;
•Analyses and researches new or existing products, systems, procedures, and/or work flow needs and recommends solutions/action;
•Handle the global environment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
•5 to 7 Years of experience knowledge of the principles of operation and configuration of LAN/WAN services:
•Mandatory experience on FIREWALL : Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA
•Other Knowledge : ROUTING, IPsec, VPN, IPS, IP SLA, DHCP, LOGGING, SNMP, RADIUS, VLAN(802.1q), IPv6;
•Good knowledge of the principles of operation and configuration of Service Provider networking: VRF, BGP;
•Knowledge of the principles of dynamic routing protocols OSPF, iBGP, eBGP;
•Mandatory experience in configuring, administering and troubleshooting of Cisco routers & switches;
•Mandatory experience in Cisco ASA firewall & devices;
•Should be open to work on rotating shifts including night shifts;
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
•Responsible and Self-motivating attitude;
•Open to travel (domestic & international) based on customer needs.
Process Skills:
•Advance production support exposure and experience.
•Knowledge of Project Management and Operations Management
•Advance communication, troubleshooting and analytical skill.
•Good exposure to ticketing tools and understanding of Quality & ITIL process.
•Knowledge management & Escalation management for the team.
•Execute service improvement plans related to Wintel infrastructure.
•Creating Implementation guides, Standard Operating Procedure, known error records & knowledgebase articles
