5Experience as a Systems Analyst on IT projects dealing with multiple, complex process areas and business groups on on .Net Core, C# web application.
5Experience developing process flow diagrams, use case, current/future state diagrams, functional and technical requirements on SQL Server technologies and experience developing database applications using SQL server.
5Knowledge of systems analysis and design using industry tools such as use cases, entity relationship diagrams, and Object-Oriented analysis and design processes with Asp.Net MVC, Web API, SQL Server, Angular and Bootstrap and HTML5. Hands on with end-to-end application development, infrastructure set up and CI/CD at enterprise level.
5Knowledge of the information systems industry, including: technologies, products, trends, standards, best practices, and related governance issues especially for software development and engineering including: technologies, products, trends, standards, best practices, and related governance issues especially for software development and engineering. Experience in Agile Application Development & Scrum methodologies.
•Collaborates with Project Manager and Business Analyst to perform extensive analysis, design, and technical planning.
•Collaborates team of developers with hands on development towards deliverables in a .net core application using C# and integrating solutions with various enterprise software platforms.
•Oversees the technical Quality Control (i.e., makes sure the applications comply with technical standards) and provide technical leadership and partner with teammates on increasing efficiency of development processes and procedures, including release and build software product, processes, code reviews.
•Coordinates with Chief Innovations Office, Project Management Office, and Information Security Office on Information Technology standards and best practices.
•Develops user requirements definitions, analysis and design strategies, testing strategies, technical designs, and resource requirement.
•Facilitates the development of technical deliverables and monitors technical assignments to ensure timely delivery.
•Prepares highly complex technical specifications and work for the technical staff.
•Reports status and risks to Project Manager.
•Ability to develop IT system requirements and technical specifications from complex or vague user requirements. Ability to work with infrastructure teams to setup continuous deployment and delivery models.
•Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
•Familiar with industry standard technologies, business process mapping, and reengineering.
•Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
•Prepare and document Functional and Technical Specifications.
