.Net Developer with JSON, OAuth, SWAGGER, C#, REST, Boomi/Zapier, Agile and design patterns experience

The New Mexico Public Education Department (NM PED) Information Technology Division (ITD) is seeking an Application Development resource with the following skill set:
•4 – 6 years development experience using JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), OAuth, and SWAGGER
•4 – 6 years development and design experience in C#, .NET, and REST APIs
•4 – 6 years experience with API Management and Integration tools such as Boomi, Zapier or others
•4 – 6 years database programming experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher
•4 – 6 years development experience using HTML5/CSS/JavaScript frameworks and hands-on experience with XML
•2 – 3 years experience with a testing framework like nUnit
•2 – 3 years experience with software configuration best practices (continuous integration/build, source control, etc.)
•2 – 3 years experience with Microsoft development tools to analyze, design, code, test, and debug software
•2 – 3 years experience successfully completing/delivering multiple projects utilizing an Agile methodology
•Proficient in latest Microsoft web technologies/frameworks
•Working knowledge of object oriented design, patterns and practices
•Strong analytical, problem solving skills and technical troubleshooting
•Able to work collaboratively with both business partners and technology teams to build solutions that work
•Suggest tools and software necessary to ensure reliable and accurate solutions
•Able to support multiple projects/products at the same time. Investigate and resolve any production issues. Demonstrate a passion to learn new and emerging technologies
