.Net Developer with C#, HP ALM, automated testing, ClearCase/TFS, Incremental Development and government/healthcare experience

Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
6 Experience testing C# and .net platform information systems.
6 Knowledge of testing principles, practices, and techniques.
6 Full time experience creating and editing automated test suites using tools such as HP/ALM. .
6 Experience with integration testing using automated testing tools
6 Experience with UML, Use Cases, Asset Management Tool (ClearCase or TFS).
Degree Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in
computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems.

6 Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels.
6 Knowledge of Incremental Development Methodologies .
4 Experience working with Government agencies.
6 Knowledge of industry best practices and standards .

management.
6 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
The Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) system is the information system utilized by
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) providers, Youth empowerment Services (YES) providers, Local Behavioral
Health Authorities (LBHAs) and Behavioral Health Services (BHS) program staff to plan, track, submit claims
and report on services provided to clients. Additionally, CMBHS exchanges client information with other
systems both internal and external to HHSC that support the delivery of services to clients.
Specifically, this contractor will create/update Test plans, test scripts and Test scenarios to validate system
changes conform to system documentation for the projects.
Other Special Requirements: All entities replying to this request must be able to attest — in writing — that they
are complying with Executive Order RP 80, signed 12/03/2014. In addition, because of the nature of the
information in the system that will be upgraded, all entities must sign a Data Use Agreement as a condition of
employment. Face-to-face interview required.
