DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a senior developer position that will work with the Admin Systems team to develop, support, and maintain enterprise solutions; with a primary focus on our new User and System Access Request solution and Vehicle Management.
Other solutions supported by the Admin Systems team include single sign-on, portal.dss.sc.gov, and adoption inquiry.
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.
• Write well designed, testable, and efficient code
• Maintain existing software solutions by identifying and correcting software defects
• Provide training and assistance to end-users.
