The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) is seeking an Expert Level Hybrid Mobile Development Technical Architect for an approximately 12 month engagement on the Department’s mobile IOS and Android development and maintenance work assigned to DHHS Technology Center. This position will be an integral part of the new citizen facing Mobile Application effort and will spearhead designing, developing, and implementing the new Exposure Notification Mobile app will be utilized by the NCDHHS Division of Public Health.
This position will be responsible for working directly with the NCDHHS IT team, business stakeholders and 3rd party vendors in the architecting, designing, coding, and ongoing support of the mobile application. This dedicated short-term resource is required for supplementing existing DHHS IT resources to adequately accomplish the increased workload required to successfully implement the NCDHHS Exposure Notification App.
