Jr Security Ops Analyst with SIEM, SOC, network traffic monitoring and incident management experience
Location : New Orleans, LA.

• Log Monitoring using SIEM Tools
• Providing phone support for issues handled by the SOC Analyst either by providing immediate assistance
• Assist customers with security related issues
• Responsible for reviewing alerts and work in a 24/7/365 security operations center environment to monitor network traffic and respond to computer security incidents
• Monitor and analyze information from the Security Information and Event Management tool
• Handle all incident escalations and remediate a security incidents from start to finish
• Raise alerts to the respective teams
• Raise watch list alerts post threshold to respective teams
