Java web/mobile Developer with ClearCase, RSA, WebSphere Portal, WAS, RESTful Web Services, Reactjs, Selenium WebDriver, Eclipse and child support experience

7Performs advanced systems analysis, development and design using technical knowledge of computer and information systems in web and mobile environments; design, develop, integrate, implement, and maintain multiple mobile/web application platforms, system modifications and backend application interfaces for data and services
7Reviews complex software designs to ensure that all design options are identified; the proper design option is selected; and to ensure all requirements are addressed.
7Writes complex programming code
7Facilitates and ensures completion of Peer reviews of design and development artifacts to check for completeness, quality, consistency, and compliance with standards & guidelines
5Performs unit testing, supports system testing, and supports user acceptance testing
5Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software issues
5Experience in analysis of business and software requirements to create complex software designs
4Performs project management and systems administration for statewide access, including all Texas county locations
4Consulting with management in estimating, organizing, and prioritizing projects.
4Ensuring developed code meets requirements, design, and development standards and is thoroughly unit tested
4Mentors, trains and provides knowledge transfer to FTE staff in area of expertise
4Skill in effective verbal and written communication with all levels of customers/users within an organization
4Skill in giving and following technical instructions
4Skill in planning and organizing work to meet deadlines, goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy

Preferred
Years Skills/Experience
4Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field of study
4Experience with Web services
4Experience with portal and mobile device services and design
4Experience with the following: Responsive Web Design, Selenium WebDriver, Eclipse based IDEs, Rational ClearCase, Rational Software Architect or other Rational IDEs, WebSphere Portal, WebSphere Application Server, CSS, RESTful Web Services, Reactjs
