Qualifications or Qualifying Experience:
− First level university degree
− At least 5 years’ experience in managing development teams, Java preferred
− Basic Project management experience
Skills and Knowledge:
− Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key development technologies and able to manage remote scrum teams
− Has understanding of release management processes and is capable to track and report status of activities
− Strong customer focus and communication skills
− Work with development team to deliver on time requirements
− Guide Infrastructure Team to build environments for application development automation
− Design solutions to ensure service level availability for production and non-production environments
− Perform architectural design and integration for complex, cross-functional systems
− Guide/design Proof of Concept (POC) development/presentations for clients.
− Experienced in agile development methodology and Continuous Integration
− Experience in Product Engineering and Services in Automobile Industry (preferred)
− Experience in development of web applications using:
o JBOSS,
o JAVA (Sprint, Angular)
o Oracle
o PostgreSQL
o AWS
