NC FAST seeks a Junior Java Developer to assist with the development and implementation of NC FAST Project 3, Child Care and Energy Programs. These resources will have delivery responsibilities as part of NC FAST to work closely with senior technical consultants on case management system design and development. Duties include assisting with design requirements development, code development, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional design and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST. Responsibilities also include reporting status to the project manager and adhering to DHHS policies and procedures.
