Scoring Criteria for your bid:
20% – Java programming experience duration and quality. Jira and Bitbucket or GIT experience a plus
20% – Experience with some or all of the following: Writing Soap and REST web services using the Spring Framework Implementing batch
programs using Spring batch framework Implementing Spring Security Reading / Writing Spring Data to Oracle and Mongo databases
15% – Level and quality of experience developing Enterprise Applications using any of the following: JBoss, Oracle, DROOLS, MongoDb,
Mulesoft. UI Experience with Vaadin or other AJAX framework also considered.
15% – Experience with an eligibility and enrollment system, or other Governmental systems particularly that related to public benefits or
payments/collections.
