The learning modules must be authored with the Articulate Storyline software and be SCORM/HTML5 compliant.
The vendor would be required to provide Risk Management with the published SCORM files as well as all the raw files used to author the courses.
Must provide a project plan detailing how they will work with the SME to design and develop the training modules
Project Description:
Risk is seeking to procure a vendor who can provide instructional design services to produce 10 – 14 short e-learning modules (user duration 5 – 10 minutes) and 1 – 2 additional e-learning modules (user duration 10 – 15 minutes). The vendor would work with subject matter experts within the Risk Management staff to determine the content required, and then would draft, design, and develop the e-learning modules. The learning modules must be authored with the Articulate Storyline software and be SCORM/HTML5 compliant.

Ability to film locally in Salt Lake City 20%
