Job Description:
Duties: Work end to end on software development cycle ranging from design, development, testing, and packaging of the complex business rules using technologies such as Informatica, IBM Cognos, Sybase IQ database and shell scripting.
Plan and prepare all the documentations and approvals required to promote software into production environment. Ensure 24X7 stability of application production environment and resolve the application instability issues. Resolve performance issues in the existing applications by enforcing best coding practices. Perform complex data analysis required for designing new applications and to identify issues in the existing applications by building advanced SQL queries in Sybase.
Extract, transform and load data using Informatica by implementing complex transformations like Source qualifier, Joiner, Normalizer, Aggregator, Expression, Lookup, Router, Filter, Sequence Generator, Update Strategy etc. from various applications from various LOBs and facilitate one consolidated view of General Leger and Sub Ledger data in the form of daily and monthly IBSL and BDM cognos reports within CIB world for users around the globe. Create metadata models using advanced data warehousing tools, identifying the key data elements and on-board the required data onto the application to facilitate reporting. Develop technical solutions to build automated reports which predict financial trends, risk reporting, balance sheet reporting, and regulatory reporting such as SEC 10K and 10Q report and 009 country of exposure report. Work with business teams to understand and document complex requirements and design and implement strategic solutions. Research, analyze and integrate big data analytical solution to current architecture.????
