Informatica Administrator position will administer Informatica tools including Data Quality and PowerCenter. Administration includes helping govern best practices, fine tuning application and server, and overseeing environment controls.
High-level responsibilities may include:
· Monitoring performance and up time of the Informatica application and domain services.
· Ensuring Informatica services are up-to-date with upgrades and applicable patches.
· Migration of code between different environments.
· Work closely with the developers and educate them on best practices related to building mappings, workflows, and sessions.
· Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve them in a timely manner
· Creation and maintenance of technical documents and specifications.
· All other duties as assigned.
