The EBS Project Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the SAP Project Manager to ensure that EBS resources, other identified resources, audited processes, testing and training requirements, reporting, etc. are available and utilized efficiently for the SAP led EAM project. They will participate in building in the internal tasks into the overall SAP Project Plan, coordinate and facilitate meetings, drive outstanding issues to their conclusion, monitor risks and escalate as needed are some of their primary tasks. his role being staffed on our team is integral to the success of the Enterprise Asset Management pilot initiative. This role is planned as a direct report to the EBS manager.
Integrated Project Management Delivery.
Accountable for driving execution and delivery of SAP led EAM project.
Demonstrates clear understanding of the SAP plan, EBS capabilities and requirements.
Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with initiative stakeholders
Follows governance practices and protocols to control and monitor the work streams.
Provides oversight, aligns, and lead cross functional teams to ensure critical day-to-day project deliverables progress forward to deliver specified requirements, objectives, and value.
Identifies gaps in the team’s accountability and ownership of deliverables.
