ABOUT THE ROLE
This position provides ongoing Change/Release Management support for the Virginia Medicaid Enterprise System and the other internal DMAS systems for the DMAS Information Management Division, Project Management Office, and the Agency as a whole.
This position provides ongoing Change/Release Management support for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) and the other internal Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) systems for the (DMAS) Information Management Division, Project Management Office, and the Agency as a whole.
This position is responsible for processing, recording, and tracking high volume Information Service Requests and other project initiatives to include quality of transfer, storage, and processing of associated deliverables using version control to/from the MES vendors, internal development teams, and other contracted companies. This position is responsible for maintaining databases, tracking logs, and project files; generating
and/or posting recurring/ad-hoc status reports and providing responses and data to project inquiries from management and staff. This position assists and works closely with the Information Management and PMO teams, DMAS user community, along with the MES vendors and other contracted companies.
