Hybrid/Local Part-time (30/wk) Govt Healthcare PM/Program Manager with public health (10+ must) experience

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
5.1. Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in a public health setting.
5.2. Must have at least five (5) years of experience with project planning, performance management, meeting facilitation, partner engagement, and handling multiple projects.
5.3. The assigned staff member must be able to work up to 30 hours per week
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
6.1.1. Schedule recurring meetings (at least biweekly) with stakeholders to coordinate performance report development and progress tracking.
6.1.2. Prepare status reports quarterly that reflect process and outcome measures.
6.1.3. Develop workplans to efficiently integrate the reporting process across multiple foundational plans as directed by the Department.
6.1.3.1. Work with stakeholders to facilitate adoption of new processes agency-wide.
6.1.3.2. Provide consultation to the Department on tracking and monitoring activities included in implementation plans, as directed by the Department.
6.1.3.3. Develop meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, and take meeting notes, as directed by the Department.
6.1.3.4. Coordinate data reminders, monitoring the system for completeness, and follow-up with stakeholders to obtain complete quarterly reporting as directed by the Department.
6.1.3.5. Assist in identifying best practices for developing objectives, as directed by the Department.
6.1.3.6. Assist stakeholders in preparing for presentations as directed by the Department.
6.1.4. Identify best practices from among stakeholders and customers and communicate them as applicable to improve operations and meet customer needs, as directed by the Department.
6.1.5. Prepare or update standard operating procedures, as directed by the Department.
6.1.6. Implement and promote use of tracking systems to monitor timeliness of required activities and functioning, as directed by the Department.
6.1.7. Assist in data gathering and updates and modeling new data-oriented reports, as directed by the Department.
6.1.8. Develop and provide training sessions, as directed by the Department.
6.1.9. Schedule weekly meetings with the Section Administrator within the Department to update on progress, barriers encountered, and develop action plans for the upcoming week, as directed by the Department.
