Skill requirements

· Experience uploading content to learning platform similar to Blackboard, Docebo, etc
· CSS
· HTML
· Microsoft Teams, and O365
· Experience using content development tools like Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate 360
· Strong written and oral communication
· Critical thinking skills
· Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to interact with diverse group of stakeholders

Preferred Skills

· Ability to create and manage APIs
· Ability to create and manage SFTPs

This position supports our Electronic Learning Information System (ELiS) which is a Learning Management System.

· Develop well-structured content for district learners using content creation tools such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, etc.
· Develop and create content for web presence using HTML and CSS code
· Edit and proofread content developed by district Professional Learning providers before publication
· Identify customers’ needs and provide guidance as to best learning solutions to be posted in ELiS
· Update ELiS group structure, users, reports as needed
· Target content to specific groups and focus on trending channels and courses.
· Incorporate blog and social media posts using APS Workplace
