The Data Exchange and Modernization Program will fulfill one of the top priorities of the Commonwealth’s behavioral health strategic plan, which is to deliver transactional and secure statewide data exchange for behavioral health data. This position will be the project manager for one of the component projects. This position will manage all aspects of the project, from initiation through closure. This will include procurement of IT solutions and vendor services. The Senior Project Manager will work with business analysts and internal and external stakeholders to develop the mechanism for DBHDS to exchange data with the Community Services Boards (CSBs). This project includes mapping the data elements from the CSB electronic health record (EHR) systems to the DBHDS data warehouse and creating a unique patient identifier. Experience with Health IT, EHR systems, data exchange, data mapping, and reporting is highly desirable.
This resource must be PMP-certified (REQUIRED). The resource will obtain VITA PMDP qualification within 2 weeks of starting*.
Position will be hybrid remote with 2 days minimum required on-site at DBHDS office in Richmond. Parking will be in public lots with a daily rate (cost to be incurred by candidate).
