This position will work with VDOT staff to support multiple data analyses and ad-hoc data analytic tool developments. Thus, this position requires strong knowledge on applications in data analytics and dashboard developments including data visualizations. TMPD has online planning tools developed by R and published on the R-Shiny platform, so this position needs to have experiences on R and R-Shiny. Plus, TMPD developed numerous Python codes/scripts to deal with large data sets, so Python experience is also required.
TMPD is responsible for data forecasting so previous statistics background is also required.
