Experience as a Curam Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing. Required 6 Years
Experience in development with both the Curam Enterprise Framework and Curam Solution Modules. Required 6 Years
Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues. Required 6 Years
Experience with translating and communicating highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. Required 6 Years
Experience with creating and writing technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and JIRA. Required 6 Years

NC FAST requires the services of Curam Developers with experience to work on new features, major enhancements and maintenance for the Child Welfare Services using Cúram Business Application Suite as well as any augmentation tools and related efforts.

The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks a Senior Curam Application Development contract resource to provide technical leadership to all stages of software development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This role will provide technical leadership and serve as the senior resource for the development team and work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts and enhancements for the Child Welfare Services program by identifying and assessing complex business need that require in-depth evaluation to create solutions for implementation by the team.

Duties include but are not limited to leading requirement gathering, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, fit gap analysis sessions, functional and detailed design, code development, and life cycle management of Child Welfare services program features. Areas of focus will include business and workflow process modeling, and business reengineering using Cúram. These activities will involve the use of COTS Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), use of XML technology in Cúram, Cúram Evidence Framework, Oracle, Subversion/Bitbucket, and WebSphere. Responsibilities also include implementing Agile software development and testing approaches for entire Service Delivery Lifecycle and deployment to ensure code base is efficient, maintainable, and adhering to DHHS/NC FAST policies and procedures.

This resource will have significant delivery responsibilities and will act as the point of contact on site for development-related questions and issues that arise. This resource will work closely with Product owners on design and development of new features and application enhancement and act in the role of senior technical Curam developer.
