• Elicit, document, and translate clear, complete, and testable business requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create, update, and maintain process, system, and training documentation in alignment with SEM/SUITE standards.
• Work closely with the Project Manager—or independently when required—to guide and oversee effective use of Azure DevOps (ADO) for agile planning, backlog management, delivery tracking, and reporting.
• Define measurable success criteria and ensure alignment between business units and DTMB in support of operational and strategic objectives.
• Provide oversight, coaching, and training to business analysts, developers, QA staff, and subject matter experts, tailoring guidance to business needs.
• Lead application modernization initiatives, including the incremental transformation of legacy systems.
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, documentation, training, and service delivery.
• Proven ability to analyze and design current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) process models and workflows.
• Proficiency in developing process, workflow, and data-flow diagrams,
• Strong experience creating system and functional documentation, test cases covering multiple scenarios, and training materials in alignment with SEM/SUITE standards.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-scale projects through planning, execution, and delivery.
• Proven success in modernizing legacy systems and transitioning them to contemporary frameworks.
• General knowledge of .NET, SQL Server, Teradata, and Azure DevOps.
• ITIL certification(or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma concepts as applied within IT delivery, application modernization, and system-supported business processes
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices in the context of application operation, and change management.
