HR Analyst (FL State experience must) with FLSA and FL State Personnel Human Resource System experience

Under the direct supervision of the DEO Project Manager, Contractor will assist DEO by providing the expertise necessary through Information Technology Staff Augmentation for the review, evaluation and processing of Classification actions for DEO in accordance with the tasks outlined below.
Minimally Required Deliverables/Tasks
1) Independently analyze, prepare and finalize classification actions/packages.
2) Provide expertise in human resource management that conform with sound organizational principles and consistency with rules and regulations that supports optimal department operations and structure;
3) Understand and consistently apply the attributes and processes of current standards of FLSA and ability to apply consistently within the governing framework of DOL.
4) Research and maintain knowledge in changes to Classification rule(s)
5) Provide guidance to all program areas relating to position descriptions, organizational charts, reporting relationships and appropriate classification of positions based on associated duties.
6) Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
Staff Qualifications and Performance Criteria
1) Contractor must have extensive knowledge and experience in the State of Florida Classification and Broadband system.
2) Contractor must have extensive knowledge and experience of the current State Personnel Human Resource System.
3) Extensive knowledge of organization structure.
4) Experience as an expert/lead in Classification.
5) Experience in working independently and be detail oriented.
6) Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge of the various DEO programs.
All information technology staff augmentation services to be furnished by the Contractor under this Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among information technology professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work throughout Florida under the same or similar circumstances.
