This position will serve as an entry level resource for system access requests and access resets that supports VDH Vital Records Electronic Death Registry System. Technical assistance for computer system users have system access issues. Determine request type and resolves through use of statewide ticket system or internal agency. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Provide customer support for system access for Electronic Death Registry System.
