Years Skills/Experience
8Business Analyst Experience performing information gathering and requirements analysis for large-scale information systems
8Experience authoring and updating documentation including Use Cases and other information systems documentation
6Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer programming and systems analysis
4Experience with UML, Use Cases, Asset Management Tool (ClearCase or TFS)

6 Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels
4 Business Analysis experience in information systems collecting HIPAA data and claims processing
4 Experience working with Government agencies
4 Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
6 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, users, technical staff and management
Worker(s) are necessary to assist in elicitation of requirements, documentation and testing for modifications to several systems (ID-CARE, SAS, CSIL, NTK and LTC Provider) and web services to support changes to the Texas Medicaid Management Information System (TMMIS) for Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Waiver Programs related to assessment forms and claims in preparation for migration to managed care.
