The NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is transitioning Medicaid from fee-for-service model to a managed care model. NC DHHS awarded contract to four Prepaid Health Plans (PHPs) to provide these services. The project needs an architectural oversight for compliance with Statewide and Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) standards.
The candidate should have total 15+ years of experience in IT. The Enterprise IT Architect will work closely with the business and technical teams that support DHHS Medicare and Medicaid initiatives, in cooperation with PHPs, Systems Integrator, DHHS architecture team and Department of Information Technology.
