The worker will be responsible for managing the initiative as an agile project using scrum. The project will involve an internal business unit and a few external organizations; good communication and organizational skills are critical for the success of the project. The worker must be skilled with risk management and mitigation to balance requirements, scope, and issues while delivering a successful project. The worker will need to possess good mediation skills for dealing with business units with conflicting requirements. The worker must demonstrate past successful projects where the worker guided and a team through a similar project.

The workers responsibilities and skills must include:

-Project manage multiple implementations

-Responsible for high utilization and customer satisfaction

-Build project plans and trackers

-Prepare and use management deliverable tools (Project Plan, Change Request, Lists, etc) to conduct the project

-Perform weekly customer status meetings

-Maintain regular contact with clients

-Maintain control of the project schedule, budget and scope

-Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved requirements

-Track project issues and work with the appropriate parties for resolution

-Track status of deliverables, decisions and project change requests
