Govt SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with data migration, EC, ECP, ECC Time/Travel/FI, Cloud Platform Integration/Integration Center experience

Skills:
Required Skills/Experience
1. Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.
2. Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.
3. Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementations.
4. Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC & ECP, ECC Time, ECC Travel, and ECC FI.
5. Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
6. Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC & ECP with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
7. Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.
Preferred/Not Required
1. Public sector experience.
2. Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
3. Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.
4. Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
5. Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
6. ABAP programming experience
The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one (1) full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to assist DFA/MMRS in the implementation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) and the ECC modules (HCM/Time/Travel/FI), as well as non-SAP systems (Legacy Systems/Outside Vendors).
