Minimum Qualifications
• 6 years combined experience serving as a QA/Test Lead for technology modernization effort(s) and/or ERP;
• 7 years experience developing testing strategies for enterprise software upgrades;
• 7 years combined experience in developing and/or managing project reporting metrics and/or reports;
• One (1) engagement in the last 5 years, lasting at least six (6) months, as a QA/Test Lead for a public sector (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education) Oracle PeopleSoft system deployment (which must have included HCM, ELM, and Interaction Hub);
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.
Desired Skills
• Experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) applications;
• Experience working on large projects with teams exceeding 50 staff;
• Experience creating team communications;
• Experience with all phases of an SDLC methodology (including design, build, test, deploy and stabilization phases);
• Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 (Level AA) and Section 508 (Subparts A-D) in a public sector environment (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education).
