8 Required Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point)
8 Required Experience participating in large complex high availability PeopleSoft Financials implementation projects
8 Required Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
6 Required Experience performing PeopleSoft System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test
6 Required Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations.
4 Required Experience gathering business requirements, conducting and documenting fit/gap sessions, and PeopleSoft system configuration.
4 Required Experience as a PeopleSoft functional module lead for large PeopleSoft implementation.
4 Required Experience designing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) workflow approvals, version 9.1 or higher.
4 Required Experience in IT project planning, research, analysis and development
4 Required Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.

The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) intends to hire a second CAPPS Financials Functional Analyst under this solicitation. The candidate hired under this solicitation will work alongside the candidate hired under ITSAC Request for Resumes Solicitation 30221CAPPSFA, posted on May 24, 2021.
The functional analyst will be responsible for assisting the OAG with Functional Design, Configuration, Build, Test and Deployment through go-live for CPA’s CAPPS Financials 9.2 implementation. The worker must have in-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience implementing CAPPS Fins. 9.2 Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management and eProcurement modules. This position requires multi-tasking, exercising initiative and independent judgment.
