Location: Chicago, IL but currently Remote
Skills:
a. Strong Communication (verbal and written) skills. Must be able to communicate and interact with senior business and IT leaders in the organization at Sr Directors and VP levels.
b. Should have technical acumen to understand integrations and dependencies across different
systems In the enterprise. Should be able to guide the delivery teams regarding the business needs
c. Experience in handling Agile projects
d. Strong planning, budgeting and project execution experience
e. Presentation skills is a must. Will have to present project status, budgets, dependencies, risks to senior larger audience In the customer organization
f. Must have experience in handling teams from different geographies and time zones, including
client and internal development I architecture I QA teams
g. Prior experience in financial domain is preferred but not necessary
