Position will:
oFacilitate and lead meetings.
o Elicit and document SMART functional requirements in EPICS. Features, and User Story Format.
oDevelop and document technical system requirements.
oReview and document business processes such as As-Is and To-Be Process Flows.
oContribute to use case / user stories estimates.
oDevelop use case / user stories documentation.
oConduct walkthrough of User Story and Functional Design documentation.
oDemonstrate skill of complex problem solving, negotiation, and deductive reasoning.
oDevelop functional design document.
oSupport system design and development.
oContribute to the mentoring of less experience Business Analysts on the team.
oFacilitate the communication of technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.
oProvide direction to software developers.
