Years Skills/Experience
5Working knowledge and proficiency with Data Loss Prevention tools, reports, processes and practices
5Experience in the implementation of Data Loss Prevention solutions
5Experience in developing DLP standards/guidelines across multiple platforms and operating systems
5Working knowledge of Security best practices, standards and procedures as implemented in Network, Mainframe, UNIX, Linux and Windows environments
5Experience with Data Protection or Data Governance tools (e.g., data discovery, data mapping data lineage, data loss prevention, database activity monitoring, data modeling)
3Knowledge of Data Protection, Data Governance, or data lifecycle methodologies and concepts
3Experience leading security programs and projects.
2Experience developing security programs and initiatives

3Knowledge and experience integrating DLP systems with Cloud (SaaS, PaaS) and CASB solutions.
3Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)
2Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
The Worker, as a DLP Security Architect, will perform highly advanced analysis to develop requirements and documentation for DLP policies, practices, guidelines and standards by evaluating network and security technologies for:
•local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs)
•cloud infrastructure
•virtual private networks (VPNs)
•routers
•firewalls
•related security and network devices (hardware and software)
The Worker will also develop requirements for ongoing operations using Symantec DLP Tool Set. The Worker will also review and provide solutions to resolve capacity related issues (Firewall CPU, bandwidth, drive space, etc.).
The Worker will also develop detailed instruction and documentation for knowledge transfer and training to CPA staff in the prevention, detection, and understanding of DLP.
