DevOps Engineer with CI/CD, DevSecOps, AWS, Veracode, SonarQube, Xray, Liquibase, Flyway, Python/Groovy/Goland, Agile/Scrum and PM experience

Minimum Requirements:
4 Required Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
4 Required Experience analyzing customer service requirements and designing CI/CD pipeline solutions to meet those objectives using Jenkins or another product
4 Required Extensive skills experience transitioning from on premise data center services to platform and services
4 Required Software engineering DevSecOps experience with end to end solutions
4 Required Strong knowledge and proven experience using DevOps concepts, software development life cycle methodologies, including Agile and Kanban
4 Required Experience working directly with AWS DevSecOps Services and securing applications using Veracode, SonarQube, Xray or another product
4 Required Experience with designing and automating build and deployment solutions/process for database solutions using Liquibase, Flyway or another product
4 Required Extensive skills with Linux and Windows
4 Required Experience coding and scripting (Python, Groovy, Golang) and design experience
4 Required Able to work independently
3 Preferred Experience with cloud infrastructure
3 Preferred Knowledge of Agile projects via Scrum
1 Preferred Technical content understanding to include basic concepts of infrastructure, IT, operations, and project management
The candidate will engage in DevSecOps engineering activities. A successful candidate will have at least (4+) years of experience as a software engineer or developer with recent (4+) years of experience in DevSecOps engineering, DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development/Deployment using cloud technologies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Gather technical requirements, design, implement, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure platform and DevSecOps services that are scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant
–Consult with client stakeholders on strategies for deployment of new technology implementations, and monitor to develop a migration strategy from the current system using CI/CD pipeline
-Ensure solutions are implemented and delivered with best practices, standards, and appropriate controls based on the business need
-Mentor team members on AWS design and implementation while creating runbooks documenting implementation and standardized processes to maintain the platform
-Develop automation processes, code deployments, platform support and maintenance activities using automation tools like Jenkins, Veracode, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible, Liquibase, etc.
-Follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedures relative to approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow and deliverables
