The Division of Employment Security (DES) is looking for and experienced Support Specialist/ Migration Specialist to assist existing staff with upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Due to COVID-19 DES is adding additional staff and we need the help to expedited the rollout of new machines. We have over 700 workstations that need to be replaces/ upgraded. The primary function of this position will be to configure and upgrade laptop and desktop computers. The Support Specialist must possess experience in upgrading Microsoft workstations for Windows 10.
