Required:
To be considered, all proposed contractors must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-Three (3) or more years experience with Windows 10 Operating System
-Three (3) or more years experience with Dell Imaging Software
-Three (3) or more years experience with Microsoft Office 365
-Five (5) or more years experience with Windows Updates (performing Windows Updates)
-Five (5) or more years experience with troubleshooting laptop/desktop computers
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dell Laptop and Desktop PCs
Experience with large scale distributions of equipment
Experience with large team dynamics
Imaging and setup of Laptop computers
-Imaging and setup of Desktop computers
-Delivery of Laptop and Desktop computers to county offices and staff
-Performing Proper Inventory Transfers to Agency staff
