Organization Info: The Department of Information – Consumer Platform Operations Division provides desktop support to 15 NC government agencies, boards, and commissions. The desktop service includes hardware and software support management, purchasing and lifecycle management, and enterprise tool management.

Duties will include:
?PC asset management activities
?Data entry
?Imaging
?Monitor and PC deployments
?Working on desktop requests in ServiceNow
?Software installations
?Remote and deskside support

Nice to have exposure to:
?Active Directory
?McAfee suite
?Bomgar remote tool the experience
?2 in 1 Tablets, Apple – macs and iPad
?ServiceNow
?Basic understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, switches, routers, IP telephony and physical wiring.

Needs working experience
?WIN10, IOS
?O365
?Imaging PCs
?Supporting Desktops, Laptops

Should be able to
?Work independently
?Travel with other Techs in the Raleigh area
?Pick up 40 pounds
