REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
• Experience supporting the DUO workstation agent including offline access
• Experience with support Windows 10 and Office 365 Pro Plus
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Understanding of Networking Concepts and ability to troubleshoot issues
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally effectively
• Excel
• PowerShell script execution
Provide pre-engagement support explaining impact and remains onsite to be an escalation point throughout the engagement
• Ability to gather requirements
• Translates any business requirements to technical and vice versa
• Ability to communicate technical details to executive level users both in writing and verbally
• Experience with coordinating changes and escalating issues quickly through an approved method
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
• Windows active directory user and group management
REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR 5 YEARS OF JOB EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE OR ASSOCIATES DEGREE WITH 2 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares for and attends project status meetings
• Prepares enrollment status reports
• Prepares active directory for enrollments
• Prepares Duo tenant for enrollment
• Creates change requests needed for endpoint and VPN changes
• Works closely with the Agency Relationship management team ensuring upcoming agency waves are prepared including the agency has updated their employee email address and the agency has performed Duo connectivity tests.
• Monitors service now queue for tiger team tasks and works with technical teams to resolve issues
• Prepare endpoint impact list for users being deployed
• Assists endpoint support with the Duo MFA enrollment process
• Executes end user enforcement tasks in Active Directory and Duo
• Assists endpoint support with enforcement of Duo
