Delphi Developer with JIRA, Remote Forms and Oracle experience

Strong software development skills in Delphi programming v.10.2 Tokyo or higher.
Strong communication skills who can work with multiple personalities and keep the agency updated on all changes made, this includes the end user.
Deadline oriented individual is a must.

This position will provide on-going support and new functionality development of an existing application within Maine Center for Disease Control. This application is critical to the support of the MECDC Environmental Health group and by extension health inspectors all over the State of Maine. This project is working with a Health Inspection programming using Remote Forms (web based).
They will be responsible for development, upgrades, and project management – the project is currently well defined so the person needs to come in and execute the approved plan. Execution of the plan entails the upgrades, project management, testing, and implementation including strong communications skills with new upgrades so all parties involved are aware and prepared for a new version.
Will utilize JIRA to track all their work in the system, tracking details of the completed parts of the project.
This person needs to be the resident expert, self directed, keep excellent records, get involved with some of the QA – limited more on leadership level.
