The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks contractor resources to assist with the development and implementation of NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) using Cúram Software.
These resources will have significant delivery responsibilities as part of NC FAST development, and will act as the point of contact on site for development-related questions and issues that arise which cannot be addressed by a technical consultant. This role will develop/update project plans for IT projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing, and manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. This position will operate within the appropriate Project Management methodology for new system rollouts, enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications by identifying and assessing complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors to create solutions for implementation by the team.
