Must have working knowledge and understanding of the Cúram product configuration structures. Required 2 Years
Must be familiar with the organizational structures within county departments of social services and state offices. Highly desired 2 Years
Ability to research, analyze and interpret automated system issues. Required 2 Years
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral and written form with staff at all levels using excellent telephone etiquette and skills. Required
Experience using the Cúram suite of products. Highly desired 2 Years
Familiarity and experience with Remedy or ServiceNow (SNOW) Desired 1 Years
Familiarity with the North Carolina Identity Management (NCID) system Desired 1 Years
The primary purpose of the Cúram Configuration Analyst is to identify and implement necessary configuration items for the Cúram CGISS module and determine the appropriate configuration settings to support the NC FAST project implementation. This position works closely with developers and business representatives to add and revise appropriate security-based user roles for each NC FAST user type, work with county and state level NC FAST system administrators to ensure correct user configuration; and develop requirements, test, and coordinate the implementation of new or changed user roles. This position will also be responsible for reviewing project design documentation to assist with creation of new roles as well as additions/changes needed to user configuration data. This role will participate in meetings with development staff and business experts, participate in updating/modifying and configuring settings, and assist developers with the case transfer process. This role will assist counties and other staff with reporting and browser issues, and provision user accounts for test environments. Tasks also include reset and unlock passwords for test environments, and this work must consider security protocols to design solution strategies. Position must provide status reporting, conduct quality assurance monitoring, and ensure adherence to DHHS policies and procedures.
